Terms of Business – Grass Cutting Service

By booking our service, you agree to the following terms:

Garden Waste Disposal
We provide a grass cutting only service. All grass clippings and garden waste must be disposed of by the resident. Customers must provide suitable bins or bags for waste. We do not remove or dispose of any garden waste.

Site Requirements

All dog waste must be removed from the lawn before our arrival.

We require clear and safe access to all areas to be cut.

If we arrive and cannot complete the job due to access, obstructions, or dog mess, the full appointment fee will still be charged.

Safety Notice

Children and pets must be kept away from the area while we are working.

We do not accept liability for any injury, damage, or loss to persons, pets, property, grass, or equipment during or after our visit.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Missed or unattended appointments will be charged in full.

No refunds will be given once a booking has been made and confirmed.
